What is SelectBlinds FIT Protection?
Measuring your own windows can be intimidating. But with our FIT Protection: Measuring Guarantee (or Measuring Protection Guarantee), you can order window coverings online with confidence! Our Measuring Guarantee must be purchased at the time you order for a fee per window covering. It’s available for ANY window covering that you order from us.
How It Works
You can purchase FIT Protection: Measuring Guarantee for each separate product unit in your original order!
If you have an “oops!” moment, simply call us at 888-257-1840 and request a remake with your Measuring Protection Guarantee. With FIT Protection: Measuring Guarantee, you are limited to one (1) remake per covered product from your original order. We will remake the covered product to your corrected size specifications and ship it to you at no additional cost!*
The Measuring Guarantee applies only to remakes of a product due to customer error in measurements (i.e., incorrect/wrong size window measurements provided by the customer on the original order) resulting in an incorrectly sized product.
For example, if you were off by 2 inches, you could submit a request using your FIT Protection: Measuring Guarantee. You must provide SelectBlinds with photos or videos showing how the original product does not fit your window when requesting a FIT Protection remake.
Sending corrected measurements AND asking for a different window covering or different color/feature would not fall under the FIT Protection. That request would be denied. You only can request the original ordered product with corrected measurements.

Additional Information
- FIT Protection: Measuring Guarantee is limited to product remakes, and no cash refunds are available through FIT Protection.
- Any mis-measure remakes beyond what is covered by the Measuring Protection Guarantee will be made at customer cost for the full product price, including any discounts that may apply. Expedited shipping is not available.
- Additional exclusions: Any product ordered outside recommended product sizes per specifications on our product pages is not covered by the FIT Protection and you proceed at your own risk. Bulk orders of 25 or more of the same product are not covered under the FIT Protection. Dealer orders are also not covered under our FIT Protection. FIT Protection is only eligible for products installed in the customer’s personal residence, and is not applicable for a trade, business, or reseller account.
*If there is a difference in price between the original product and the remake, you may incur an additional charge in the amount of the difference in price between the original product and the remake.
What is SelectBlinds 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee?
The 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all window coverings and is free of charge, unlike the FIT Protection: Measuring Guarantee. If there is a defect in a product’s material, workmanship or it was not made to the specifications you ordered, we promise to resolve the issue at no cost to you for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
How It Works
As all of our blinds and shades are custom-made, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (remake) unless a product is defective.
If there is a defect in the product’s materials or workmanship, the product doesn’t work properly, or the product was made in the wrong size and doesn’t fit due to an error made at our production facility, you can return it, and we will replace or repair the same product in the same size you ordered at no cost to you for up to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If the product is defective, we will also cover shipping costs.

For example, if within 90 days, you hang a blackout cellular and notice a hole in one of the pleats, that would apply to this guarantee. If you noticed it after 90 days, then it would fall under the standard 3-Year Limited Warranty and you’d need to submit a warranty claim.
If you’re not happy with your custom covering for any other reason within the first 90 days (you don’t like the color, you need a different mount or lift style, changed your mind about a feature, etc.) we’ll remake that same product in the same size for the same great discount price you paid, plus give you an additional 10% off. However, we would not cover shipping costs.

What is SelectBlinds Warranty?
We offer three warranties: 3-Year Limited, 5-Year Limited and 5-Year Unlimited. Warranties are extended to you, the original purchaser, for the original product purchased only, and cannot be transferred should you sell or donate the product at a later date.
Our FREE 3-Year Limited Warranty comes standard with every residential purchase. You can purchase the 5-Year Limited and 5-Year Unlimited Warranty for each product when you add it to your cart.
How It Works
The 3-Year Limited and 5-Year Limited warranty covers any defects – i.e., something breaks, is damaged, or just plain doesn’t work – in materials and workmanship for up to three (3) or five (5) years, so long as the product is installed in accordance with the installation instructions.
The 5-Year Unlimited warranty covers virtually everything. From normal wear and tear to natural disasters, your window coverings are covered for five full years!

If you need to use your warranty, start by filing a warranty claim.
If we find your product has a defect, Select Blinds will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge to you. The only thing you are responsible for is a flat $15 return shipping charge. The replacement/repaired product will be shipped to you with standard ground.
Once the warranty is expired, it cannot be renewed. A new warranty cannot be purchased.
Additional Information
Discounts, coupons, or promo codes cannot be applied to the cost of the warranty.
This warranty supersedes any and all stated warranties, whether written or oral. In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages that may result from any defect in product or breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component prior to replacements. In order for repair or replacement to be made, a Bill of Sale, canceled check or other payment record verifying the original purchase date must be presented to us. The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may vary according to the state of purchase, therefore the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and may also include other rights which may vary from state to state.
