Happy National Puppy Day!!! While the circumstances around working from home right now aren’t great, we’re really loving the extra time we get to spend with our furry companions. To help get in the spirit of this wonderful, obviously longstanding holiday, we’ve collected some adorable puppy pics from fellow SelectBlinds.com employees in their new “working from home” habitats. Enjoy!
This lovely lady is Akira. She’s loving having her mom home during the day and will even help out with an email or two if she gets a treat (or 10). Plus, look at those stylish glasses! She fits right in! 
Penny’s favorite spot now that mom’s working from home is right under her chair with a ball handy for any impromptu playtime. It might make getting up harder, but mom says it’s worth it. 
This little 18-pound cuddle bug is Winston. He insists on being involved in everything his mom does – including work! It’s really too bad that reading and writing are a bit beyond his skill level, otherwise, he’d make a great addition to the SB team! 
This little ball of fluff is Gigi. She loves practicing her silly faces to help keep mom entertained while she works from home. 
This sleeping beauty is Nitro. A Dogo Argentino/Mastiff mix, he’s basically a giant, cuddly lap dog who just happens to weigh 154 lbs! Can you believe he’s only a year old? 
Not everyone can have a real doggo…but when you’ve got kids, sometimes their stuffed animals become just as much a part of the family as a real pup would. 
Say hello to Rugby! A handsome 10 year old Yorkie/Maltese mix, he loves keeping his daddy company while he’s hard at work – especially if there might occasionally be a tennis ball involved. 
Say hello to Oso! Oso’s favorite spot while dad’s working from home is this perfectly sized, elevated dog bed, conveniently placed right next to dad’s desk! That way, he can be ready the exact moment dad needs a little encouragement throughout the day. 
This loveable furball is Blue. His favorite spot while mom works from home is right next to her desk (and upside down) so he’s always ready for a few extra belly rubs. I mean, that’s the least he deserves for keeping mom company all day! 
This non-puppy is his dad’s constant companion while he works from home. If you’re lucky, he might even answer your call! 
Maverick loved having dad home all day and makes sure he’s prepared for every meeting by always having his big, blue rubber ball on hand (or in mouth) for playtime. 
Zoey sticks to her dad’s side like glue just in case he decides to take a cuddle, fetch or snack break. She’s a great companion when working from home. 
This sleepyhead is Bruce and he is NOT amused by being woken up just take a picture. I think the answer to “working hard or hardly working” is clear here! 
Riley might not be a puppy (or any other type of pet), but that doesn’t mean she isn’t super excited to be helping dad out with his calls! 
This munchkin is Sefi and she loves hanging out with her mom while she’s working from home – especially if it might mean extra pets or a chance to critique mom’s work. 
This 94 years old (in human years) pup is Cash. His favorite hobby is taking long naps, primarily in mom’s lap now that she’s home all day long. 
Stella’s the perfect work buddy for her dad. Always by his side and ready to play at a moment’s notice. Now if only she could remember her password… 
Kai is so excited his momma’s home all day that he constantly tries to convince her it should be an everyday occurrence by giving her endless puppy kisses. 
Cowboy’s loving all this extra bonding time now that mom’s home all day! He’s also a great helper when it comes to checking over mom’s work. 
This smiling Pit Bull is Jordan. He loves all the extra cuddles he’s getting from mom now that she’s working from home and always has to be the center of attention. Plus, he’s a total ham – just look at him pose for this pic! 
Kirby and Kasey aren’t the young pups they used to be, but a treat is something any dog with a stomach just can’t say no to. 
Bella (Frenchie) and her brother Jack (Boston Terrier) love keeping mom company while she works from home – especially if it involves such comfy, squishy chairs! 
Gatsby the Mini Goldendoodle is such a good boy for his mom while she’s stuck working from home. Maybe if he’s really really good she’ll give him some peanut butter or take him on an extra walk? 
Nala would love to help dad out while he works from home…but there are just so many birds to chase outside that she has to keep asking to go out. 
Mara loves helping out dad at work. She’s got the headphones working…now to just figure out the keyboard. 
At only seven weeks old, Toodles is super happy to spend her first week home with dad, especially if that means frequent potty breaks outside.
