Motorized shades and blinds used to be considered a luxury purchase, indulged in only by the affluent. However, with the recent advancements in technology and pricing, motorized window treatments have become more affordable and useful.
How are motorized window coverings operated?
We offer three types of motorized lift systems to raise and lower your window treatments effortlessly.
- Remote Control Motorization – Use a hand held remote to operate a single shade or multiple shades.
- Motorized Wand – The wand allows you to operate your shade up and down by a single click or pull.
- Home Automation – Pair Alexa, Google, & Apple smart home products for shade operation by app or voice control.
What are the advantages of using a motorized lift system?
- It’s convenient and safe for children.
- It’s great for those with physical limitations who can’t operate window coverings in the traditional way.
- If you have large windows in your house, the blinds can be quite heavy. A motorized blind would make operating them hassle-free.
- For houses with high windows, a remote-operated system would give you complete control to raise and lower your shades.
- Pair and control up to 30 motorized shades* with our SelectConnect Bridge!
- After a simple QR code setup, you’ll be able to take full advantage of the app, use its programming and scheduling feature. Your shades’ schedules are backed up and operate with or without Wifi connection, so you don’t have to worry about your window coverings ever again!
How much does it cost?
The final price of your motorized window coverings depends on the size and type of product. If you have any add-ons or upgrades, this will be applied to the overall price, too.
