If you’re looking for home decorating inspiration, then you need to know more about Holly Mathis. She is a fabulous decorator and stylist, and she has been featured in Better Homes & Garden, HGTV.com, and Good Housekeeping – and that’s just a few of them. Just one look at her website, Holly Mathis Interiors, and you’ll see clean, timeless, inspiring designs.
To find out a little more about her and her style, she was kind enough to let me ask her a few questions.
1. How would you describe your design aesthetic?

My design look is best described as fresh farmhouse or fresh cottage. I like to use some antiques and vintage but keep it fresh and simple and not too cluttered.
2. What was your favorite project? Why?

…I love the Tropical Isle Blind in bamboo tortoise; it’s my fave! I have used it in my house, which I blogged here. I also used a lot of your product in the Stinson home, which was a really popular blog post for me, and this may be in BHG eventually.
3. What’s your favorite trend right now?

My favorite trend continues to be white kitchens and subway tile…I can’t get enough!
